How confusing is a BLOG????

Ok...I've had people ask me how do you "follow" a blog...and how can I be notified when there are new posts.  You would think that would be easy...I was under the assumption you just clicked "FOLLOW" and then followed (no pun intended) the directions.  Obviously it's not that simple.  I've done a little research....and if you're interested in following this blog, I've ATTEMPTED to make it easier. 

• At the top of each post their a "POSTS" icon with a little arrow.  Click on it.
• A drop down box will appear. Click on the last choice: ATOM
• Follow Directions
• Updates should be able to be viewed when you click on your "Favorites" star located on your internet tool bar.  It's normally at the top of the page on the bottom left of the tool bar...it's a YELLOW single star.
• Eternal Focus Should be listed.

I don't think there's a way to be notified...but if there is and you're a BLOG pro....please enlighten me, lol...b/c I am completely new to this.  Feel free to comment.
